Another day, another hairstyle for Muireann O’Connell. The Ireland AM host seems to change her hair look as often as we have hot dinners, and her new look is very chic.
Muireann is a fan of hair extensions to make her natural hair look fuller and she recently had her first set of Gold Fever extensions added to her own and they looked great.
Now, she has had those removed, changed her hair colour and gone for a new length. This seems like a lot in one day, but the results are fabulous.

Muireann O’Connell’s regular hairstylist Norma-Jean O’Reilly works with plenty of Irish celebs like Kathryn Thomas, Jess Redden and the Garrihy sisters.
For Muireann’s latest look, she brightened and lightened her hair again because the TV host finds it hard to stick to just one colour. Naturally, the extensions are removed to dye the roots, and after the colour is finished, the extensions are replaced.

Muireann O’Connell wasted no time in getting her hair extensions put back in again, turning to Ceira Lambert for her expertise.
Explaining the process, Muireann shared a reel of the whole process on social media saying ‘First time getting the stenos out. So quick! She’ll never forgive me but I got @normajeanhair to lighten me up again. I can’t pick a colour and just stick to it. My hair is in proper rag order from all the heat but I genuinely think the extensions protected it… the state of us, we measured the growth!’ We’re worn out at the thought of doing all that but for Muireann O’Connell-worthy hair, we might just be tempted.
