Glamorous as always, Rihanna was almost unrecognisable as she unveiled her brand new makeover and fans are utterly shocked.
The Umbrella singer was spotted out for a dinner with friends amid drama with baby-daddy A$AP Rocky, who was recently on trial over gun charges.
Rihanna, 35, welcomed a new baby in August this year – named Riot Rose – and shares 17-month-old son, Rza, with the rapper.
Seemingly unfazed by her boyfriend’s court case, the Fenty Beauty founder headed out for a meal with friends at a private members’ club in West Hollywood.
She looked casual in her grey hoodie, baggy jeans, trench coat, and snakeskin shoes but her dressed down look wasn’t what caught fans eyes though as she debuted long honey blonde hair.
This is a drastic change with dark roots, styled poker straight and parted in the middle, is a far cry from her usual black hair.
Fans couldn’t get over the look, taking to X (Twitter) to share their thoughts as one wrote: ‘Woah she looks so good! Wait… what if she’s preparing a new album to go with the new hair.’
‘She’s rocking the blonde hair!’ said another while someone else simply wrote: ‘Stunning.’
Rihanna was blonde once before, hardcore fans will remember the 2012 lob with full fringe which was an even brighter blonde than this one.
A dramatic style transformation often comes before a major relaunch for pop stars, think Britney Spears’ blonde-to-brunette move for her Blackout era.
Rumours have been flying that Rihanna is gearing up to go on tour and has two albums worth of music ready to go.
She’s been focusing on other ventures like her underwear brand since her last studio album Anti, released in 2016.
Last month, a source teased: ‘Rihanna is quietly planning a comeback tour after signing with Live Nation.’
They added to the Mirror: ‘The deal was created to facilitate a world tour and her creative team is quietly at work in Los Angeles putting it all together as she raises her family.
‘She’ll press play on the live show once she’s ready to go back to work and has two albums’ worth of material to release once she’s back.’
