​Why you should never skip too many hair wash days?


The health and appearance of your hair may suffer in the short and long term if you skip too many hair wash days. Washing your hair frequently aids in clearing your scalp of extra oil, debris, and dead skin cells. These chemicals can clog hair follicles when they build up, causing problems like seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff.
